In line with ongoing upgrades to our services for improved security and encryption, we will be migrating SMSGlobal API services to TLS 1.2 and 1.3. From the 31st of August, TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 will no longer be supported.

All APIs using the domain api.smsglobal.com will be affected, including:

• HTTP API
• MMS API
• REST API
• SOAP API

Ensure your applications are updated to TLS versions 1.2 or 1.3 by the 31st of August, 2021.

Use the below test endpoint to check if your application will be impacted.

Test endpoint:

If you cannot submit traffic towards the above endpoint, you will need to update or replace your applications that rely on TLS 1.0 and 1.1.

Customers who don’t update their applications to TLS 1.2 or 1.3 by the 31st of August, 2021, may experience disruption in sending messages.

Please ensure your applications support the latest TLS versions to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.
