User Information

This page contains a list of documents prepared by SMS for our users.  These documents are in Microsoft® Word format.  Find the document you want and click on it.  A window will appear with the document displayed.  You have a choice:

1. View the document on the Web.

2. Print the document on your printer from the Web. Click on File, Print.

3. Download the document to your PC and use your version of Microsoft® Word to print the document. Click on File, Save As, and state the directory on your PC where you want it saved.

4. Download the document to your PC and use Microsoft® Word Reader to print the document. Click on File, Save As, and state the directory on your PC where you want it saved. Then click on Microsoft® Word Reader to download and install Microsoft® Word Reader on your PC.
