Out Source Accounting - A Unique Service

Out Source Accounting is truly a unique service that will benefit your agency. It works as follows:

You will do your ARC report, bank deposits and write your checks to providers and vendors. This will give you daily control of your bank accounts, receivables and payables.

At the end of each month, you will mail SMS your backup on a zip disk or CD. This will provide you with off-site backup of your files, a most important benefit. You will continue on in GlobalWare for the next month without any worries about accounting.

SMS will reconcile and review all your accounts and make the necessary accruals and adjustments.  We will update your database with the changes we have made and send you a comprehensive set of financial statements.

Another alternative would be to setup a VPN on your server and SMS could access your data live through a high speed internet connection.

SMS will be your financial partner and advisor, working with you as your agency grows. Whether it be Federal and State income tax returns, financial statements for IATAN or your bonding company, or advice on acquisitions or mergers. We are able to meet these needs.

Accounting Workshops

Accounting Cleanup

The conversion from TS2000 was not always as good as you expected.  We have looked at many converted databases and have found that considerable work was needed to correct the converted data.  SMS can look at your database and tell you if it needs work or whether it is OK.  If it needs work, you can send us your recent backup and our accounting specialists will clean it up for you.  We will then update your database with the changes we have made.  In a number of clients, the cleanup resulted in considerable savings on their corporate income tax.
