Sending a SMS using SMSGlobal is easy. Let me show you how.
Once you have signed in you will see the welcome interface.

On the left hand side you have a number of options. To get you started click on Send SMS to Number.

You should now see the 'Send SMS to a single number' page. From here, you can enter any national or international number to send an SMS to. Make sure you enter the country code. For example:
- Australia - 61447100250
- Dubai - 971504644261
Next, enter your choice of number or name in the sender ID box. You are also provided with the option to receive replies direct to your number or your email address which you have provided when you signed up. Your sender ID can be 3-11 alphanumeric or 3-16 numeric values, however if you use alphanumeric values, your recipients will not be able to reply.
Now enter your message in the message box. You can write as little or as much as you like, however one message is considered to be 160 characters (SMSGlobal supports multi part messages). If you have more than 160 characters, for every 153 characters you enter, it will count as a new message.
If you would like to send the SMS straight away, simply click Send SMS, otherwise you have the option to schedule your SMS for a particular date and time.
Once you have clicked Send SMS you should see a confirmation message saying 'Your SMS has been sent'.
To see if your message has reached its intended destination, you may run an Outgoing SMS Report (also accessible from the left hand menu of your screen). This report will show the status of each message you have sent out.
